Jeff Young, CEO/President/Co-Founder

Jeff teaches in Carmel, Indiana. He graduated from Notre Dame & Indiana University. He is the visual caption head for the Carmel High School Marching Band. Jeff has been the marching band track division head for the Bands of America Summer Symposium since 2009. In addition, Jeff is a visual consultant, he judges, designs drills, and frequently teaches clinics on marching and movement.

Bobby Lambert, Owner

Bobby Lambert graduated from Western Carolina University and teaches at Wando High School (Mount Pleasant, SC). Bobby is the drum major track division head at the Music for All Summer Symposium and also frequently guest conducts, judges, & clinics bands.

Chris Mader, CFO/Vice President/Co-Founder

Chris Mader graduated from the University of Notre Dame and Yale University. He lives in New Jersey and works in New York City in the biotech industry. He is the man behind the scenes at Dynamic Marching.
